BabyLoveRaise, by Yungsten Tech, helps founders understand fundraising conversations and prepare better follow-up. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company, billing details, support messages, room settings, decks, notes, follow-up drafts, and other materials you upload or create in the service.
We also collect product and security information, such as log data, device and browser type, approximate region, page and feature usage, payment status, and records needed to protect the service and support your account.
Google account data
If you choose to connect a Google account, BabyLoveRaise asks only for the Google permissions needed for the connected feature. For the current Google Workspace connection, that means read-only access to Google Calendar and Gmail, plus basic account identity information so we can connect the right account.
- Calendar read-only data may include event titles, times, attendees, organizers, locations, conference links, descriptions, and response status.
- Gmail read-only data may include message and thread metadata, senders, recipients, subjects, timestamps, labels, snippets, message bodies, attachments metadata, and reply state.
- We use this data to show who you are meeting with, identify conversations that may need a reply, summarize fundraising context, and prepare drafts or notes for your review.
The current Google connection is read-only. It does not let BabyLoveRaise send email, edit email, delete email, create calendar events, or change calendar events. If we ever offer a send-or-edit feature, we will ask for separate permission before using it.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve BabyLoveRaise.
- Operate raise rooms, account access, integrations, notifications, and support.
- Generate user-requested summaries, follow-up drafts, readiness checks, and room context.
- Process payments, prevent abuse, debug errors, and meet legal obligations.
- Send service messages and product updates you can opt out of when they are not required.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use Google Workspace data for advertising. We do not use Google Workspace data to train general AI models.
Google API Limited Use
BabyLoveRaise's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We share Google user data only with service providers needed to deliver the user-facing features you requested, such as hosting, security, storage, support, and AI-assisted drafting. Those providers are not allowed to use Google user data for advertising or unrelated purposes.
Sharing information
We share information only in limited cases:
- With service providers who process it for us under contract.
- With teammates, operators, or customers you authorize inside a room or account.
- With payment processors for billing and fraud prevention.
- When required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse.
- If BabyLoveRaise is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal duties, resolve disputes, protect the service, and maintain business records. You can ask us to delete your account information, room content, and connected Google data unless we need to keep limited records for legal, security, or billing reasons.
You can revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions page or by contacting us. After revocation or deletion, we stop collecting new Google data and delete or de-identify stored Google data from active systems within a reasonable period.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so you should use strong account protections and tell us quickly if you believe your account or integration has been misused.
Your choices
- Update account information from the product or by contacting us.
- Disconnect integrations, including Google, when you no longer want them connected.
- Ask for access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information.
- Opt out of non-essential emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
