Terms of Service

Using the service

You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and use BabyLoveRaise only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the materials you upload, the people you invite, and the instructions you give the service.

BabyLoveRaise may include private rooms, deck hosting, read signals, follow-up drafting, integrations, billing, support, and related features. We may update, add, or remove features as the product changes.

Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of your decks, notes, company information, email or calendar data, and other materials. You give BabyLoveRaise permission to host, process, copy, display, and use that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service for you.

You represent that you have the rights and authority needed to upload content, invite viewers, connect accounts, and authorize integrations.

Google integrations

Google integrations are optional. If you connect a Google account, you authorize BabyLoveRaise to access only the Google data covered by the permissions you grant. The current Google Workspace connection is read-only for Google Calendar and Gmail, so it is used to understand meetings, conversations, and reply needs. It does not authorize BabyLoveRaise to send email or modify calendar events.

You can revoke Google access from your Google Account or by contacting us. Our handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Review before use

BabyLoveRaise may generate summaries, recommendations, or draft messages. You are responsible for reviewing anything generated by the service before relying on it or sending it to someone else. BabyLoveRaise is not a law firm, broker-dealer, investment adviser, tax adviser, or financial adviser.

Acceptable use

• Do not use BabyLoveRaise to break the law, violate privacy rights, or mislead people.
• Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use the service to send spam, harassment, deceptive fundraising claims, or abusive content.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or overload the service without written permission.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans, usage fees, add-ons, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in the product. Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Unless a checkout page says otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel according to the product flow or by contacting us. Cancellation may limit access to paid features after the current billing period or service window ends.

Service availability

We try to keep BabyLoveRaise reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or address non-payment or security risk.

Disclaimers and limits

BabyLoveRaise is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Yungsten Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for BabyLoveRaise in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. If an update materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice through the service, by email, or by posting the updated terms with a new effective date.
